About
I’m Alexandra Rorick, an executive coach and HR advisor for investment firms. Most recently, I was an HR Director at EQT, partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, leadership development, and culture as the firm scaled rapidly. I designed a coaching program for mid-level investors and launched a manager-capability initiative.My approach is practical, candid, and supportive. I studied psychology at Dartmouth and bring a coach’s curiosity with a business-minded bias for action. Policies:
Refunds/Cancellations: Strategy/advisory time is non-refundable once delivered. Pre-paid sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice; missed sessions are forfeited.
Privacy: We collect only the information you submit (name, email, company). We don’t sell data. We use it to respond to inquiries and deliver services. For payments, we use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) that handle your payment data.
Terms: All content is informational, not legal advice. Engagements are governed by a separate services agreement or proposal.
