About
I’m Alexandra (Ali) Rorick, an HR advisor and leadership coach specializing in the private equity and hedge fund space. Most recently, I served as HR Director at EQT, partnering with senior leaders on people strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness as the firm scaled rapidly. Over the last 15 years, I’ve held HR roles at KKR, Deutsche Bank, and Select Equity Group.My approach is practical, candid, and supportive. I studied psychology at Dartmouth and bring a coach’s curiosity with a business-minded bias for action. Policies:
Refunds/Cancellations: Strategy/advisory time is non-refundable once delivered. Pre-paid sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice; missed sessions are forfeited.
Privacy: We collect only the information you submit (name, email, company). We don’t sell data. We use it to respond to inquiries and deliver services. For payments, we use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) that handle your payment data.
Terms: All content is informational, not legal advice. Engagements are governed by a separate services agreement or proposal.
